6.5 hrs in 20 min subs thru Ha 6nm filter over several nights in July 08.RGB total 1hr.
Equipment: Televue NP-101 and SXV-H9 camera with CS RGB filters and an Astronomik 6nm Ha filter mounted on an Astrophysics AP600 GTO mount.
Processing: Aquired with Maxim D/L and CCD Autopilot 4, processed in Photoshop CS2
This little nebula is in Saggita just near M71. Note the shock front in the upper left of the image that must be from the bright blue stars to it's right. This is a HaHaRGHaB stack. I layered in Ha to the red and blue channels 70% and 15% respectively a la Rob Gendler/Chris Shur's technique for the nebula color data, and used Dean Salman's luminance enhancement technique which uses a soft light layer to deepen the contrast .
